Harvey Nichols Autumn Winter 12 preview pt 2

Earlier I showed you some of the Autumn Winter looks Harvey Nichols pulled together for their trend presentation. Our event started just before that when we sampled some dishes for their new menu, I can personally vouch for the haddock, pea puree and chips, the Morrocan chicken arrabiata was so tasty and the roasted beef on granary was delicious too.

We were then shown some little gifts hitting the (shhhh Christmas) shelves, anyone for toasted scorpians or giant ants?... maybe the Chase Seville orange gin then!

After the presentation we had full use of the entire store to browse, try on and photograph anything that took our fancy. Sounds fun!

Here are my fancies........

Photobucket
Sam Edelman spiked and jewelled clutches

Photobucket
These signs were dotted around - very funny!

Photobucket
Trying on a Karl Donoghue number - Loved it.

Photobucket
A splash of neon

Photobucket
McQ razor blade scarfs - I have my eye on one...

Photobucket
Another sign, this time for the bunnies

Photobucket
There were bunnies in store!

Photobucket
A snakeskin Marc Jacobs bag

Photobucket
The green models in their finery

Photobucket
Trying on the studded Jeffery Campbells from my Luxx List #1

Photobucket
Sequin and beaded Sass and Bide beauty

Photobucket
Rows of Penhaligons fragrance bottles

Believe it or not the day didn't end there, I had a fantasic beauty treatment to round the day off but shall save telling you about it for another day.

Did any of the fancies above catch your eye?
