Palma Spain - Day 2

Onto Day two in the city. We woke up to more blue skies and quite a blustery day still warm enough for thin layers and sandals.

We took off on foot again along the front of the harbour and up along the castle walls, it seemed every few hundred meters there was something else to photograph.

We decided on the hop off city tour to get a good feel of the city and get our bearings.

The cathedral is the most imposing sight of the city the pale gold stone looms over the made made salt water lake. The Spanish royal family holiday here in the summer, I would love to see those rooms! We didn't explore too much more of the Cathedral as the Easter celebrations were taking place and a lot was roped off for processions.

As usual our favourite part of a city break is heading out without a map exploring little side streets happening across hidden tapas bars and cafes and that was exactly what we did that afternoon. More sangria was on the cards and some great cocktails.

As the sun set we walked back through the old walls of the city with the palm trees covered in fairy lights.

We took a few outfit photos around the city, I won't pretend they are anything special, just comfy and it was so nice to be walking around in my favourite havianas again!
